To access the full features of the nonstar Platform, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) nonstar Account. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If nonstar identifies multiple Accounts belonging to the same Player, all such Accounts may be suspended or permanently closed, and any Bonuses or winnings associated with the duplicate Accounts will be voided.
nonstar may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal or at any other time deemed necessary. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nonstar Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. nonstar will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You agree to notify nonstar immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach. nonstar recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account for additional protection.
nonstar reserves the right to suspend any Account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation. During any such suspension, access to the Wallet and gameplay may be restricted.
nonstar accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed in the nonstar cashier at the time of deposit. Accepted payment methods may change from time to time without prior notice.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. nonstar reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source and to close the associated Account.

All withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in your own name. nonstar processes withdrawal requests within one to three hours during regular banking hours, subject to verification requirements.
Bonus funds and any winnings derived from Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully met. Attempting to withdraw Bonus funds before meeting the Wagering Requirement will result in the forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings.

nonstar does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the nonstar Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
nonstar operates in alignment with PAGCOR guidelines. Players who believe their dispute has not been resolved satisfactorily may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority.
